This is the 2008 Upper Deck Baseball complete mint 400 card series #1 set; it was never issued in factory form.  The set is Loaded with Stars and Hall of Famers including Alex Rodriguez, Ken Griffey Jr., Ryan Howard, David Wright, Ichiro Suzuki, Albert Pujols, Chipper Jones, Derek Jeter, Todd Helton, Manny Ramirez, Frank Thomas, Greg Maddux, Mike Piazza, Johan Santana, Sammy Sosa and loads of others. There are also a lot of rookie cards with the new "Rookie Card" logo on them including Clay Buckholz, Joey Votto, J.R. Towles, Eugenio Velez and many others.
