This is a   2012 / 2013 O-Pee-Chee Hockey  series complete mint 600 card hand collated set;   it was never issued in factory form.  It includes the basic 500 cards plus 100 short printed Rookies and Legends.  This will be the largest Hockey set made this year, VERY tough to complete!
